How I can eliminate or avoid the mites on bonsai?

My 8 year old bonsai five needle pine has been severely infected by mites white spots. Many of the needles brown. I wash, spray, physically remove them using a commercial insecticidal soap. * * But most of the land scraping big pines on my property, while the mites have them. What I can do to keep the bonsai to be continually infected and dying at last? Thank you for your help.

Use the 5% sevin dust. Walmart or any garden center will have it.
